Product Overview
Our round medical mounting card is a precision die-cut circular card used as the internal fixation component for coiled interventional catheters, long guidewires, ablation catheters and other flexible medical devices that require looped packaging. The card provides a rigid, circular form that the catheter is wrapped around, with retention slots or snaps to hold the coil securely in place inside a sterilization pouch or rigid medical blister tray.
Unlike our curved HDPE mounting card designed for shorter, pre-formed catheter loops, the round mounting card is optimized for longer catheters (100cm+) that need to be coiled into multiple loops. The circular shape eliminates sharp bend points, reducing stress on catheter tubing and extending product shelf life. All production is performed in our ISO 7 (Class 10000) cleanroom under ISO 13485 quality management system, with full material traceability and biocompatibility documentation available for every batch.

Both materials are not recommended for steam autoclave sterilization due to their relatively low melting points. The round mounting card works as part of a complete sterile barrier system when paired with Tyvek lids, medical grade paper, or sterilization pouches.
