Product Overview
Medical mounting cards are the internal fixation component inside sterile interventional device packaging, providing a rigid form that catheters and devices are wrapped around or clipped to, preventing movement and damage inside a sterilization pouch or rigid medical blister tray. Unlike generic flat cards that force devices into unnatural shapes and cause kinking, our custom mounting cards are designed specifically for your device dimensions, weight and packaging requirements.
We manufacture mounting cards for all types of interventional devices, from short coronary catheters to 300cm+ electrophysiology catheters and guidewires. All production takes place in our ISO 7 (Class 10000) cleanroom under ISO 13485 quality management system, with full material traceability, biocompatibility documentation and validation support for every batch. We offer both standard shape options and fully custom profiles, with free design review and prototype sampling for every new project.

All materials come with full ISO 10993 biocompatibility certification, material certificates of analysis (COA), and complete resin lot traceability. All materials are not suitable for steam autoclave sterilization due to their relatively low melting points.

Our Custom Design & Manufacturing Process
- Free Design Review (2-3 days): Send us your device drawings, dimensions, samples, sterilization method and packaging requirements. Our engineering team analyzes your device and provides a free design recommendation including optimal shape, material, thickness and quotation.
- 3D Design & Die Layout (3-5 days): Once design is approved, we create 2D/3D drawings of the mounting card and die layout for your review and approval.
- Prototype Sampling (5-7 days): We produce prototype samples using a prototype die for fit and function testing with your actual devices. Design adjustments can be made at this stage at minimal cost.
- Production Die Manufacturing & FAI (10-15 days): We manufacture the production steel rule die and run first article inspection (FAI) with full dimensional verification and quality documentation.
- Cleanroom Mass Production (7-10 days): Full-scale production in our ISO 7 cleanroom with 100% visual inspection, cleanroom packaging, and complete batch traceability and quality documentation.
Total lead time from design approval to mass production delivery is approximately 3-4 weeks. Rush timelines can be accommodated for urgent projects.
