Our 50mL reagent reservoir is manufactured and sterile-packaged in our own facility — we control both the injection molding of the reservoir and the final sterile packaging, so you don’t have to coordinate between a parts supplier and a packaging converter.
Each reservoir is made from high-quality virgin polystyrene (PS) for optical clarity and chemical resistance, then individually packaged in a custom-printed paper-plastic sterilization pouch and EO sterilized. The result is a ready-to-use, sterile, single-unit reservoir that arrives clean and ready for your lab workflow.

Q: What sterilization method do you use?
Standard EO (ethylene oxide) sterilization. For other sterilization methods (gamma, e-beam), let us know your requirements and we will adjust the pouch material and packaging process accordingly.
Q: What is the MOQ for custom-branded reservoirs?
For custom branding with your own pouch artwork, the MOQ is typically 5,000 pieces. For blank stock (our generic pouch), we can work with smaller quantities. Prototype samples are available for fit and use testing.
