Custom Manufacturing Workflow
A clear, step-by-step procedure ensuring transparency, quality, and timely delivery from your initial concept to the final product shipment.
Quick Quotation
Send us 3D data, 2D drawings, or a physical sample. Identify the plastic material and quantity information, or specifications for export mold. We will provide a professional quote within 24 hours.
DFM and Mold Designs
Once you confirm the order, we will provide a DFM (Design for Manufacturing) report for detail confirmation and product optimization. Full 3D mold design and 2D drawings will be sent for your approval.
Mold Manufacturing
We order the proper mold base and premium steel. The in-house manufacturing process includes CNC machining, Wirecut, EDM, Milling, Grinding, Polishing, and precise Mold fitting and assembly.
Mold Trial and Sampling
We set up the newly manufactured mold to our injection molding machines. We verify all mold functions, check full features of the molded samples, and ensure every shape detail is perfectly implemented.
Samples Approval
We usually send 5-15 initial samples to customers. If approved, we move to mass production. If not, we promptly modify the mold and perform another trial round until the customer is completely satisfied.
Mass Production & Shipping
We execute mass production strictly adhering to order and quality requirements. After final QA, we deliver the goods directly to the customer’s door globally via sea freight, air freight, or international rail.
